Administration

The Project Administrator in TVG is Claudia Dallek. Claudia works Monday-Thursday from 9.30am-2.30pm. Claudia is supported by two assistant administrators, Sarah McCarthy and Joanne Healy. Together the administration team oversees the income and expenditure reporting and bookkeeping alongside office management and some building management. The project always seeks to pass on administrative skills to members of the Traveller community who may access the project on a Community Employment Scheme.

The team prepare the accounts for the annual audit. This is conducted by an independent auditor to confirm that the administration of grants is carried out in a transparent, considered and efficient manner to ensure the ongoing integrity of the Traveller Visibility Group. Claudia and her team also assist in strategic development, forecasting budgets and improving the efficiency, sustainability and consistency of the organisation. The administration team work closely with the Co-Directors of TVG and support all staff in administrative duties across the project.

The TVG Administration office is open from 930am-1pm Monday to Friday. Any emails or calls to the team outside of these hours will be responded to at the earliest convenience when the office reopens.
